House District 98 deserves a battle-tested conservative who delivers results, not rhetoric. As Keller’s Mayor, I’ve shown what’s possible when you put conservative principles into action—and I’m ready to take that same commitment to the Texas House.
This campaign will be motivated by my family and yours, guided by our shared conservative values. It’s about standing firm on our principles and tackling the real challenges Texans face with bold, practical solutions.
For too long, the powerbrokers in Austin have decided for the people who represents them in the Texas House. This seat belongs to the people of House District 98, and we will run a spirited campaign to give them a choice between business as usual and genuine servant-led representation.

Mayor Armin Mizani is a proven conservative fighter who has delivered real results for the people of North Texas. As the current Mayor of Keller, Mayor Mizani has been widely regarded for championing tax relief, defending public safety, prioritizing infrastructure improvements, and standing up for Texas values.
Elected as Mayor in 2020 and then re-elected in 2023, Mayor Mizani has earned the trust of his community—recognized as “Best Local Government Official” by Keller voters and readers of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. His efforts led to an appointment by Governor Greg Abbott to serve on the Automobile Burglary and Theft Prevention Authority, where he worked alongside law enforcement agencies across Texas to fight back against organized crime and protect Texas communities.
After years of scandals at the Tarrant Appraisal District, Mayor Mizani spearheaded the effort for leadership change, which led to pro-taxpayer reforms. Mayor Mizani introduced the first increase to Keller’s Homestead Exemption in over three decades, a major victory for property taxpayers. Under his leadership, Keller passed the largest tax relief measures in city history— where for the last 6 years, he has slashed the tax rate to or below the effective rate and maxed out the Homestead Exemption at the state-allowed 20%. Because of these efforts, Mayor Mizani has been recognized as a “Taxpayer Champion” for consistently putting working families and homeowners first.
A strong supporter of law enforcement, Mayor Mizani has ensured Keller’s police and fire departments have the resources, training, and equipment they need to keep Keller one of the safest communities in Texas. In his tenure, public safety professionals have received the largest pay increases in city history. Mayor Mizani has also tackled long-neglected infrastructure needs from when he first assumed the mayor’s office, eliminating a six-year backlog to sidewalk repairs and making historic investments in streets and public works.
Outside of public service, Mayor Mizani is a successful business owner and attorney whose law practice has received national and statewide recognition. He and his wife Kathy are raising their two children, Aiden and Kendall, with a strong foundation of faith, family, and service. They attend Good Shepherd Catholic Community, where they practice their Christian faith, and are proud to call Keller and North Texas home.
Now, Mayor Mizani is running for Texas House District 98 to take the same principled, conservative leadership to Austin—fighting for lower property taxes, stronger border security, parental rights, election integrity, free markets, and the Texas values we hold dear.
